Lifting system for single scissor mechanism with maintenance free bearings.
The lifting force is produced by the action of one or two hydraulic cylinders attached to the inside of the scissor mechanism. Each cylinder has an integrated valve which limits the rate of descent to about 50% of the speed supported by the hydraulic circuit.
Power unit integrated into the chassis of the table.
Aluminum contact rail, fixed to the outer edges of the platform stops the descent when it encounters an obstacle.
Control via limit stop.
The table is controlled by a push-button connected to the electrical panel.
It has function "operator present", whereby the table movement occurs only while the buttons "↑" or "↓" are driven.
The entrance panel also includes a stop button safety "STOP" interlocking, when pressed table movement stops, to return the switch to its position original must be turned in the direction of clockwise.
Includes mounting bracket for inspection.
